We're building this with you
It's a beta — and that's the point.
We're building this for the construction world that needs it, and we're building it in the open. If something's clunky, missing, or could be better — tell us. The crews using it now are shaping what it becomes.

Roadmap
What's built, and what's coming.
Everything in the first group is in the app today. The middle group is being built right now, and the last group is coming after that.
Live now
- Time cards filled out in the field, with phases, cost codes, pay types, overtime, and stat holiday pay
- Approving or rejecting time cards, one person at a time or in bulk
- Payroll export to Sage 100 and to CSV or Excel for your accountant, with validation; a pay period can be re-sent after it's been sent
- Expense receipts snapped in the field, attached to the pay period, and reviewed alongside payroll
- Crew scheduling on a Gantt-style timeline: phases with crews assigned, drag to reschedule, and a weekly crew-capacity view
- Time off — requests and approvals, leave types, stat holidays — wired into the schedule so booked-off crew show as unavailable
- A form builder: upload a PDF, Word doc, or photo of a form you already use, and turn it into a reusable, fillable template — with signatures, inspection rows, and categories
- A history of completed forms, each exportable as a PDF with your logo and company header
- Daily forms drafted automatically for the crew
- An overview page for each project
- A task list for each project
- A project calendar, with events added by project or by person
- Drawings on desktop and mobile: version history, on-screen markup and measuring with a set scale, trade symbol libraries with counts and stampable legends, and PDF export with your markups on it
- Takeoffs that go somewhere: counts on a sheet roll up into a labour-hours estimate, and one click turns it into scheduled tasks
- Tasks pinned right on the drawing — drop a task where the work is, on the sheet
- An AI assistant in the app — ask by text, voice, or photo, and it fills forms, drafts timecards, schedules tasks, counts symbols on a sheet, and more
- An MCP server with over 100 tools, so you can connect Claude or any AI agent to your company’s data — scoped to your permissions
- Photo galleries, by project or company-wide
- A document library, by project or company-wide
- Permissions you can set three ways: by role (Admin, Foreman, Crew), by individual user, or per project
- Naming drawing sets and sheets, instead of using filenames
- Per-person paperwork on each employee’s record: office forms filled out for that person, plus credentials and certifications with expiry dates — and an audit log of who changed what
- Favourite projects that follow you across devices
Being built now
- Working offline in the field — drawings, photos, and timecards cached on your phone and synced when you’re back on signal. It’s in the app in early form; we’re still working the bugs out.
Coming soon
- Takeoffs priced in dollars — set your labour rate, and counted hours become a number you can bid with
- Pinning photos to drawings, the way tasks pin today
- Guided takeoffs — the assistant walks the sheet with you, placing counts while you check its work
- Schedule analytics: see your busiest weeks and peak crew demand before they hit
- Starter form templates from day one — a safety checklist and daily report ready before you upload anything
- Emailing a drawing set straight out of the app
- Saving a signature once and reusing it on every form
- Full self-serve data export — every CSV, photo, drawing, and PDF. Your data stays yours; leaving with it should be easy too
